If there are repeats listed on your medication containers, you will call your pharmacy to have them fill the prescription.
If you have no repeats on your medication, you will need to book an appointment to be seen by a health care provider. You will be reassessed and given your medication renewals. Please bring your medication bottles in their original containers to each appointment. Do not wait until you only have a few pills left as this may not leave you enough time for an appointment and renewals.
